Baby Capsicum Yellow
Baby capsicums yellow are known for their glossy skin, sweet flavour and very few seeds. They can be added raw to salads or cooked with many tasty recipes such as fajita. In order to steam, place them into a steamer basket over boiling water. Then, cover and cook for 5-7 minutes. Afterwards, blend them all together! Let them cool slightly, and transfer to a blender in order to puree until smooth. Bon appétit!
