Cashew Salted

The cashew nut hangs from the end of the cashew apple. Its shape is very similar to a kidney and it is about 2.5 cm long approximately. It consists of an edible kernel, surrounded by two shells. The outer shell’s colour is bright brown. Nothing compares to the taste of freshly roasted and salted cashews as they make a delightful and healthy snack. They can make a key ingredient in many savoury dishes.
