Khobiza Mallow Leaves

Mallow is a plant native to Europe, North Africa, and Asia. It grows wild in the fields. It is also a key ingredient in preparing Khobiza, a soup made from leafy mallow greens, fried garlic, cilantro, homemade chicken broth, and rice.
