Tomato Kumato

This sort of tomatoes is firm, with a colour ranging from a green to reddish brown or purple. Its flavour is slightly sweeter than typical tomatoes due to a higher fructose content. It has a standard-size weighing between 80 and 120 grams. These tomatoes are mainly used raw in salads, or cooked in many recipes especially when it comes to different kinds of sauces.
